Cohmor Investments Ltd was established in 1987 as a Property Investments company, primarily involved in property lettings in the Harrogate area. We are now extending our portfolio of properties throughout the Yorkshire area, and specialise in property development and buy-to-let properties. This includes both residential and commercial properties.

 

We pride ourselves in our professionalism, along with our care and attention to our individual clients and tenants. We as individuals feel that if we could not live in one of our properties, we would not have it in our portfolio.

 

All our properties meet government standards, and provide comfortable accommodation. We are constantly acquiring new properties and updating our existing properties to obtain a higher standard of living and a better environment for our tenants.
